It may also be pointed out that neither Companies hold patents
in Hong-Kong nor probably in any of the Crow Colonies where
the system is likely to be used,
Unless this uncertainty reapseting the patent
right is considered very serious, we are of the opinion,
in view of the appreciable difference in cost, that the
tender of the Anglo-French Wireless Co. Ltd., might be
accepted.
